Lift off for One Special Day 2018
We’re inviting the games industry to join SEGA, Seriously, Rovio and other big names to donating a day’s sales revenue on 28 September of helping severely disabled people of all ages enjoy the fun and inclusivity of video games.
This year, we’re aiming to raise £500k from this annual event in which games industry partners, large and small, can donate sales revenue, or alternatively provide exclusive auction items, contribute titles for a special Humble Bundle sale and hold fundraising events.
SpecialEffect’s Fundraiser, Nick Streeter, said, “One Special Day is a key event in the our fundraising calendar. It’s a day when the games industry can get behind us and celebrate another year of us helping make their video games accessible to people of all abilities and ages.”
