Going Space Ape for One Special Day

It’s One Special Day and things have gone a bit bonkers here at SpecialEffect. In the very best of ways, of course. It’s been the perfect end to a very busy week here at SpecialEffect

Dr Mick and Hannah have just got back from a clinical visit in Ireland and the rest of our clinical team have been on the road to villages, towns and cities around the UK. Meanwhile Tom and Ellie have been down at GAME HQ to cheer on the One Special Day activities there and Nick has been doing the same at SEGA headquarters in London.

But I’d like to tell you about some very special friends of ours at Space Ape and the games they’re bringing to One Special Day.

Based in London, Space Ape have gone from strength to strength since the studio was founded in 2012. In 2017 the Space Apes joined forces with our friends at Supercell to further strengthen their position as an industry leader in mobile games. And, with their 4 titles attracting 79 million players around the world, you could say with some certainty that they’re doing everything right.

For One Special Day, Space Ape will be donating UK revenue from their brilliant games Fastlane: Road to Revenge, Transformers: Earth Wars, Rival Kingdoms and Samurai Siege. They’re great games by a great developer and we’re delighted that Space Ape are donating revenue from them to SpecialEffect on 4 October.

Thanks so much to Space Ape and their communities for supporting SpecialEffect and putting us in the Fastlane to helping more disabled gamers.
